Double charge for shipping
On the listing I had buyer pays for shipping. I sold the item, printed off the eBay UPS label. On my selling history eBay charged the buyer and me the shipping cost. How do I resolve this and get the cost back?

·1 year agoeBay passed your portion of the buyer’s payment on to you, which included the shipping the buyer paid.
You then used those funds to purchase the shipping label, since you are the one who had the item.
That is how the process is supposed to work. Nothing was double charged.
