The initial hold should disappear when the actual charge posts. If it does not, and both charges post as permanent charges, call your card issue and dispute one as a duplicate charge.

OP6 months agoYeah I've been keeping track through my bank to dispute it . I also spoke with eBay and they are saying the same . They really didn't give me an answer as to why it was double charged . Hopefully in the next couple of day it will be reversed other wise then I have to start a dispute . Thanks

The initial hold usually happens before there is an order #. The order # is included on the permanent charge.
