Double Charge
What do I do, as a seller, when the buyer pays, gets double charged on their end, but our end shows awaiting payment still? He showed me where it looks like two credits and two debits for the exact same amount on his bank statement ( In my opinion, it is balanced but why did this happen?), .... however we have not been paid, and he thinks we have double charged him.

Advise the buyer to contact his bank.
