Double billing questions

When I purchase something there are always two charges on my bank balance showing duplicate payment ie bought a sweater for 61$ and they show the payment with the order number and then right below it the same item again one always drops off the next day but for that time period while processing the extra amount is always taken from my balance very annoying because I don't have access to that money till one payment falls off any advice

This is normal pre-autorization for payments. Payment is not taken twice. When a merchant accepts your bank or credit card an authorization is sent to make sure you have enough to cover the purchase. Your bank or credit card company then puts a hold on the amount of the sale to make sure that when the actual payment is processed the money is available to cover it.

It can take a couple of days for the final payment amount to happen. Once it does then the held amount is released. What you see on your account is the hold, then the actual payment, then the hold released.
