Double billing
Ordered item. 7 hours later, checked status on my bank account. I was billed twice for same order. I cancelled the order and was given a refund......for just one charge. The second charge I was not refunded. Notified seller, told they only see one order. That is correct, they only have one order, for whatever reason.......I was billed twice......will not be refunded second charge. Tried notifying E-Bay, told to contact seller. To no avail. What is the next step???
