    Double billed shipping
                     

    I made my first sale and was charged for shipping twice. I only printed once but the 3.75 for shipping was 7.50 in my invoice.

    You have 5 days to void the unused shipping label.
    Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
    It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
