Double billed for shipping label
I was double billed for a shipping label. I can't find a way to cancel the unused one. Does anyone have any ideas. Will I get a refund for the unused one. Thank you for your help.

Mentor8 months agoIf you don't see another tracking number, it could mean that you just reprinted the original one. You can reprint the same label many times and not be charged. When I print mine, I keep the page with the item on it plus the tracking number. Do you keep that? If not, go back to the order tomorrow and check. You might be ok.

If it is USPS it may take up to 21 days for a refund.
Be sure to check that there are two distinct tracking numbers and cancel the one you did not use.

OP8 months agoThank you for responding. The secondary tracking number isn't even showing up other than I purchased it; however, the system is not even letting me take any action on it. That being said I appreciate your input. There was a glitch this morning as far as even purchasing a shipping label. Thank you again.

Mentor8 months agoThere is a reported issue with eBay labels now.
According to eBay employee:
We are aware and are working on a solution as many sellers have reported that when trying to purchase shipping labels, sellers are receiving an error and did not provide the label for the order but were charged to their PayPal account.
