I am 79 years old and dont' understand how to do a return for a refund I have been trying and don't understand how to do this could someone do this for me. I am a member but was done as a quest.

Mentor3 years agoWe can’t do it for you, but if you request a call from customer service, they can walk you through it while they stay on the phone with you.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
