DONT RECEIVED ITEM

How are they? I bought an item which I did not receive, I bought it on February 7, the delivery was proposed to be received on February 10-13, in which I was waiting for it on February 10 and it did not arrive but no, ACCORDING to the seller and USPS, it was delivered on SATURDAY, February 11 at 10:47 AM with an individual. When I saw this notification, I proceeded on MONDAY, February 13 to send him a message via the EBAY application asking who received the package and he did not answer me if Not the next day, TUESDAY, February 14, when he supposedly contacted USPS and they said that he confirmed that the item had been delivered. Then this situation happens. I give him a few more days since I try to open a case with USPS and they say the same as my Courier. in MIAMI, FLORIDA, that you had to wait 7 DAYS to see if the item was received then I EVEN OPEN A CASE WITH EBAY and they tell me that I have to wait after THURSDAY FEBRUARY 23 and that same day I reply to EBAY and they reply that the case was closed because there was Many days have passed and the ITEM ARRIVED, WHICH I DIDN'T ARRIVE OR RECEIVE IT AND I DON'T THINK I'LL LOSE MY MONEY since it SAYS it was guaranteed by ebay guarantee and I don't want the money I want my ITEM BECAUSE I NEED IT, I WANT YOU TO HELP ME AND GIVE ANSWER FROM MY ARTICLE SINCE I DID NOT RECEIVE IT AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS AND LESS FOR ARTICLES AND MUCH LESS MONEY.
