@sellercp052012 The listing is active. When it has a policy violation eBay usually says what type of violation. What does the message from eBay say?

I am concerned about your shipping method. You can not ship not ship ANYTHING overnight for $15, maybe paperwork.

You can go to active listings and select edit on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

Then go to the shipping section and change it to buyer pays> calculated shipping so that your buyer pays the correct shipping price.
