Don't have a label for a return item
I processed a return on an incorrect item. The system says my return is closed and I have a refund but I never got a label to ship the item back. I want to do my part but I can't find anywhere to get the shipping label.

If a seller wants an item back, he is expected to approve the return (which generates the return label) and refund after the item comes back to him.
Since your seller skipped that process and just refunded, the assumption is that he doesn't want the item back.

Usually, if the seller issues a refund before an item is returned, it is because the seller does not want to pay for the expense of shipping the item back. Typically once the refund is issued, any link to print a return label stops working at that point, if one was provided at all.
If you think the seller still wants the item back, you can contact the seller to make sure, and to ask the seller to provide a prepaid label that you can use.
