Don’t buy waste of money

Question

Don’t buy from this seller. The product is cheap quality and does not fit a Honda Odyssey as described. The seller responds very slowly and just waits for the return time to expire. Don’t waste your money.

I can’t believe this seller’s service. Also, the reviews seem fake. You’re better off buying from another seller.

Had you read the terms and time frames for using ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) which there is a link to on all listing pages. You would have known not to let the seller string you along until the MBG protections had lapsed.

You give a seller one chance to make good, and if they do not, you file an Item Not As Described (in this case) dispute. The seller would then have 3 days to respond by either sending you a return shipping label or issuing a full refund, if they do not want to pay the return shipping cost. If they do not respond or make excuses on day four, you open the return from your My eBay page and click on Ask ebay to step in button. A refund is issued from the seller's account.

FYI. if a seller has a No Returns policy, it is trumped by the MBG, unless the return reason is a buyer's remorse reason in most cases.
