Don't buy from this seller. She never sent my item and then accused me being a scammer. She also scammed me out of my money on Paypal. Beware.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

OP1 year agoAlready handled and got my money back regardless of Ebay's horrible business practices. Ebay no longer cares about it's buyer so Ebay will be ignored as we watch them go bankrupt in the future. No tears were shed for this company. They are no longer for the people. Use a different website. Don't buy.

·1 year agoNone of us works for eBay. We are volunteers that you are harassing and threatening.
EBay’s policies heavily favor the buyers, not the sellers. Buyers need to be familiar with the ebay money back guarantee. It works well when the correct procedures are followed. It’s a users responsibility to know how to handle problems if they arise.
Also, “we†didn’t give the mods any power. Neither did ebay. The community boards are run by a third party company, Khoros. The mods work for Khoros, not ebay. You may also end up getting sanctioned by the mods for the threatening comments you made, if they catch them.

·1 year agoIt’s against the policy of the Community Boards to mention a seller’s name for the purpose of “naming and shaming†them. Don’t be surprised if the mods edit your post.

OP1 year agoLots of Ebay buyers have started complaining about Ebay's new policies. Don't be surprised if Ebay gets taken down in the future for bad business practices.
The world is changing and evil isn't in charge anymore. Seek God.

Mods have about as much power as the government thinks or pretends it has, but the power actually lies in the hands of the people, not you.
You're about as important as a blip in the ocean.
