Dont believe its right to cancel auctions because dont like no kne bids
In my opinion someone starts at .99 an dont get bid an they cancel them all last day or minute's. Its not an auction if people do this It's actually a price set an you didn't get what you wanted. So if I sell 1000 coin an bid is 99 cents should an would sell then it. An if a seller does raise especially all the time. Well should get penalized against there feedback bye ebay saying this seller has canceled auctions when there is bids. An its all the time an 3 in 1 wek from a seller .

·1 year agoIt is specifically against the rules for a seller to cancel all bids and end the auction early without a winner IF it is because s/he deliberately set the Starting Price lower than s/he was willing to sell for, and it hasn't reached that high. This is considered fee avoidance because eBay charges a substantial fee for sellers to have a Reserve Price so they aren't promising to sell as low as their Starting Price.
But there are legitimate reasons why a seller would have to do so, and a few years ago eBay got tired of having to divine the subjective intent of a seller who took that action, so it adopted some procedures that make it less attractive to do so with that intention: it can only be done before the countdown reaches 12 hours (NOT "last. . . minute"; note that the cancellations will be in the list minute before the ACTUAL early end of the auction which is the time displayed on the bid history rather than the SCHEDULED end) AND it charges a fee (the FVF% for that seller in that category times the highest cancelled bid) when s/he does so (with the first such fee per calendar year waived to allow for the very occasional legitimate reason for doing so).

Mentor1 year agoThere are requirements for cancelling a listing and for cancelling bids to end a listing.
There are penalties if this is a pattern or done incorrectly.
If it has no bids, the seller has no obligation to anyone and can end the listing.
I'm not sure from your post what your question is. In one sentence you say there are no bids and then you say there are bids.
There is no mechanism for feedback if there is no sale.
