Done with Ebay
Just wanted to let everyone know that I am officially done with Ebay and will NEVER purchase anything through Ebay again. I had two orders in a row that the seller never shipped and Ebay did nothing except tell me to contact the seller. I did. No responses. Ebay closed the disputes after 21 days without even finding out if they were resolved. Basically, they are allowing thieves on the site as apparently there is no longer any punishment to the seller for this type of behavior. i have gone to several other sites that still protect the buyers. BEWARE!

Mentor11 months agoSorry, but ebay doesn't know the case wasn't resolved unless you go back and ask ebay to step in, which you can do on the fourth day. Had you done this, you would have been refunded in full.
Since you let the case expire you will need to request the refund through the payment processor.
