Don’t use eBay!
Don’t use this website they are Grimey. They are holding my money from me for up to 180 days because of an escalated argument due to the attitude and language of an employee at eBay. I used this website to mail my product, paid my dues and fees to eBay and now I can’t have my money? Absolutely god awful don’t use this website if you pay attention there will be little random charges for stupid stuff. Oh and don’t call them and try to have a civil conversation about it or else any employee there has the power to hold your money and ban your account. It’s supposed to be customer service for Christ sake. I will be taking legal action if I don’t see my money in the next day or two. My baby is here and I have no money for food until I get paid next week because eBay wants to keep my money.

I understand your frustration, but all sellers need to be aware of the rules and procedures for payouts before they decide to list an item for sale.
According to Ebay:
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
