Domestic shipping exclusions
I CLEARLY have in my shipping exclusions Alaska and Hawaii checked. I have saved these selections over and over. My location is in the middle part of US. Yet, I still have buyers purchasing my items with Hawaii addresses. Anyone know why this is happening?

You need to block buyers in excluded locations. On this page -https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements - check the exclusion box and the update active listings box, and save.
