Doesn't negative feedback get removed after a year?
Buyer left my first negative feedback over a year ago, but it is still showing on y page. I thought after a year it was no longer visible

Once the one year mark passes, the feedback will no longer be used to calculate your percentage but will remain in the feedback list of comments. Sounds like you are getting close...

Apparently it has not been a full year. It shows the feedback was left within the past year.

Was that the date of the transaction, or the date the feedback was actually posted? The feedback rating should be included in your percentage calculation for a full year, even if the transaction was older than that.
According to your feedback page there are four other older feedback ratings left in the last year that are due to pass the one year mark before that negative rating does the same.

The feedback ratings box shows feedback for the past 12 months. After July has ended, the feedback will not show up in the ratings box.
The feedback will show up forever on your feedback page, just not in the 12 month ratings box that is at the top of the feedback page.
