Does this seem normal? Just purchased and the item has been removed before it even shipped.
Haven't gotten an answer back from the seller. I wanted to know when it would ship.

If you haven’t received either the refund OR instructions on getting the refund from eBay … then phone your credit card company, explain what happened, and request a chargeback.
It’s a bit more complicated getting refunded by eBay after a seller has been suspended.

Amazingly enough, I received a full refund 15 minutes after getting Ebay involved and allowing them to take the reins. I really appreciate you taking the time to offer your advise,

Did the email you received tell you what you need to do?

OP2 years agoUnfortunately, This is the only communication I've had since the purchase. Was starting to wonder if anyone had even seen my plea for help.
