Does the buyer have the right to ask for a refund if THEY provided the wrong address?
An item a buyer purchased was returned back to me, the seller, with "unable to forward, return to sender". I paid for the shipping, so I know I can't ask for that. I contacted the buyer with a photo of the package and post office labels and told them it could not be delivered. Buyer's response was "Then refund me."
If they provided the incorrect address do I still have to refund them?

You can't keep the buyer's money and the returned item.
Refund them.
