Hi, ebay. I am a international buyer, south Korea. I was bought the battery through delivery agency in Oregon. I was received return label for seller because the battery is not working. Unfortunately, our country cannot send a battery by air caused by the explosion. So, I need a another solution. ã… ã„·ã„´ã…… ㄱㄷㅎã…ㄱㅇㄴ,

·2 years agoWhen you used an agent in Oregon to purchase items from the US, you made a "domestic" purchase; and you were personally responsible for the shipment from Oregon to Korea. When returning an item, you are responsible for returning the item to the US. The seller is then responsible for paying for the domestic return within the US.
eBay automatically generates domestic return labels, and those won't work for international returns. You'll need to work out something with the seller. Most likely, the item originated in China. If the seller is located in China, perhaps you can work out a surface return or a refund.
