I sold an item is not allowing me to purchase a shipping label for $20 and then it says my balance is 64 so I am confused please somebody help me Catpaw54 Geralyn Rodriguez

There may or may not be an issue with eBay's programming but have you:

-Cleared cookies, cache, browsing history, shutdown, restarted and tried again?

-Try a different browser?

-Are you using your Funds for paying for you labels or PayPal? This can be changed on the label page at the bottom right above the price line.

-You have a low activity account, can you tell if your funds are on Hold?
