Mentor3 years agoThe requirement to report your eBay income on your tax return is no different than it has been in previous years. The only difference a 1099-K makes is that you attach another sheet of paper.

Mentor3 years agoYou have to report any income you get from any source. Doesn't mean you owe any tax. Remember the IRS can get this information if required, whether you give it to them or not.
