Mentor3 years agoeBay doesn't send anything anywhere. When you buy an item on the eBay platform, you buy from one of millions of sellers who list items on eBay. If sellers ship to the US, they ship to Iowa.

eBay has NO way to block individual States in the Continental US (lower 48 states) ... Sellers can block Alaska and Hawaii and PO Boxes ... tell the customer their information is not accurate
