Are you asking if the money back guarantee applies to an item not as described when it arrives late?

If so, then yes - the buyer can request a return latest:

30 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery date or within the seller's stated returns window, whichever is longer

@jerseymalaka78 You also can file a not received refund request when it is at least a day past the last estimated delivery date.

You do have only 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to the file the not received case.
