Does Ebay help with an item that was received but was not what was advertized?
I purchased a game but they did not tell or show that it was in Japanese. They won't accept a return. What can I do?

eBay has your back on this and you do NOT need to involve the Seller to get start nor will their No return policy prevent you from returning the item for a refund. Below is what we advise Buyers.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

The item was not as it was listed, and the seller closed the return. Ebay says my case cannot be reopened. Is there any way to talk with a real person or do I need to contact my credit card company?
