Does eBay help at all?

How to get a hold of eBay agents??? This ai thing keeps messing with me and honestly I hate it.

eBay claiming I owe tons of money when I don’t and I have the proof. eBay making everything difficult and charging me twice for a shipment I paid for to ship. UPS saying same thing. But eBay charging me $135 and $2000. For one shipment paid for and delivered. This is evil.
