How do I reach customer service or technical support people (PEOPLE not robots) at eBay to get an answer when this community help forum doesn't know it?

·1 year agoI recommend asking your question here first then if we can't help you I can give you the best contact method depending on your problem. We are experienced buyers and sellers and know eBay's policies and procedures.

OP1 year agoThank you so much. I chose option 2. It took me less than two minutes to reach a person and less than two minutes for her to solve the problem I was having.
