DOES EBAY HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I bid on an item, and if it was to be accepted, I wanted to add the Allstate Protection Plan to the purchase. The bid was accepted and the order immediately & autmatically processed without allowing me to add the protection plan. Ever since, I cannot find a way to add it, cannot get help from the automatic assistant and cannot find a way to submit or just email the question/request to Ebay. I've been buying here for 20 years without a single issue, always satisfied. Never knew there wasn't any customer service. Heck, I'm trying to actually spend more on Ebay and they're making it a real challenge!

If anyone has a helpful suggestion, I would really appreciate it!

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
