Does ebay have an email address?
Looking for email address because my problem is to complicated to discuss in chat.

OP2 years agoThe thing is I got seventy views, and 4 sales in the first month of my listings. That's a pretty good ratio. Then no new views for the last three months. Researching the matter finds eBay blocks views for various reasons none of which apply to me. Some help faqs say I can appeal the situation but gives no clue as to how. On YouTube several sellers say sellers are used for unpaid stock, warehousing, handling, and shipping. That eBay wants as many suppliers as possible so it distributes the market among them. Not giving sellers or buyers a fair shot at the market by being lowest price or best service. Some sellers claim their products are limited so eBay can sell a popular item that may have a unique or original application suggested in the listing. It may even be automatic for new listings that sell well until eBay decides what kind of seller an item is from either popular or warehouse. My listing is an original item that eBay won't find another source for. I suspect eBay is limiting views of my listing but isn't unlimiting it because it had a good selling rate they would want to exploit. But since they can't find any other source they didn't drop the limit. I'd like get someone to look into it, and to point out my sales ratio is pretty good, and eBay is missing out on a lot of sales if they're limiting my listing's views.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment. There may be an email option for certain issues at certain times.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

Mentor2 years agoWe generally do not have support vi email. Sometimes you will see it as an option at the bottom of a help page. Have you looked at the help page for your topic?
