Does ebay have a customer service telephone number or email?
I received a product that is not what's stated and doesn't work at all.
I've tried contacting the seller, but getting the run around.
I opened a return, but closed it accidentally. Now it's not an available option.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Ebay has no option for help after a closed return.
So maybe your payment issuer has an option.
If Paypal it does.
