Does eBay have a “vault†where they ship buyers productl
I have so many items that were suppose to arrive a week or longer ago. They are all EBay Shipping…I have asked sellers and understand lots are lost and sellers are moving always from this shipping method. Is this true?

·2 years agoWhen you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there (deadline is 30 days from the estimated delivery date). If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.

·2 years agoEBay doesn't ship anything they provide access to the major shippers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
There has been a great deal of bad weather lately nationwide and has slowed shippers down.

OP2 years agoGood to know. I have several items that are very late and no tracking. I will hold off on additional orders until these are received. I want the items not a refund. I will also contact USPS. I have asked others in the community that are also seeing several week delays.
