Does eBay authenticator throw away Chanel dust bag and box, not repackaging with original full set.

I heard on eBay live that the full sets don’t reach buyer.

Question

New seller. If I send Chanel bag, with original dust bag and box, will eBay throw them away during authentication?

If the dust bag and box are included in the listing then they are part of what the authenticators are checking and are not discarded. If they are not included in the listing then they can be discarded.

Part of the process is making sure the item matches the pictures and description of what the buyer purchased. Extra items sent but not included in the listing will be discarded.

@be79188 I just wanted to add that I have heard from other sellers that the dust bags were lost in the inspection process, but only a couple of reports that I am personally aware of since the program started.

I agree with @lisa5768 though on how the system works 99.999% of the time, human error of course happens.
