Does anyone know this seller?

I’m looking to get ahold of a seller whose handle is leoli6484. They stopped responding to my messages and it appears their storefront may be suspended or closed? Looks like they had recent activity within the past month per reviews. Nothing since. Ordered a pre-sale and never doing it again. I fear I’ve lost my money since it’s past the 90 days. Thanks.

@jamesapatrick03 The eBay Money Back Guarantee is ONLY 30 days from the last estimated delivery date stated on your purchase history, NOT anything that the seller says in the description. Not 90 days.

Presale items are only supposed to be sold if they are able to be shipped within 40 days of the date of the sale. The seller has to adjust their handling time to 40 days.

Your only option now is a chargeback with your payment method, they have time limits too so don't delay.
