Does anyone know how I can get my refund on a label I printed by mistake. ?

Discussions in this board are limited to the original poster and Community Mentors

I've emailed them and had response that they were taking care of it, every time I ask. I would like a good phone number I can contact them. I googled and the one I got was not in service.

In your seller hub click on the Orders tab and click on Shipping labels. You have a limited time to click on Cancel Label. The shipping carrier will need to see that the label was not used and this process will take 21 days. eBay will then let you know when the refund was approved. If the time period to cancel the label has passed you will not be able to get a refund since this time is set by the shipping carrier.

I did all that. I'm waiting for them to send me my money . I have had communication with them, all they say is we are processing. Months to process??
