Does anyone know any way to cancel an order with the help of an expert? Or any way to contact eBay?
I am trying to get help with canceling an order but I cannot find any way to contact an eBay expert online.

I'm assuming you're asking as a buyer.
The ONLY person who can cancel a transaction is the seller ... and sellers are not required to cancel. [Most will, however.]
Online eBay experts would be no help at all with a cancellation, as it isn't their item.

Contact the seller. The seller is the only one who can let you out of your obligation.
Be nice when you ask. Sellers are not required to to acknowledge your request, let alone cancel the transaction.

OP3 years agoI am the seller I am trying to cancel my buyer’s order and it said that it was free to do but now it is charging me a fee.

Did the buyer ask to cancel or have you changed your mind about selling it?
If the buyer asked to cancel, then be sure to choose ‘buyer requested’ as the reason.
Any other reason for cancellation will result in a financial penalty for you, the seller.
