Does anyone know a telephone number for ebay help and contact, I just seem to be in a loop.
Ebay help prompts say file for a return. It say include a doc. No clue as to what doc they are talking about. so I ask for help and by way of a few short questions. We are back to file a return. So the return will not process because of no doc. So I have repeatedly sent a message to the seller. I have yet to get a response.
So here is my question What Now?????

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. You will be asked for PHOTOS of the item showing the reason for the return. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
