Does anyone have an actual phone number to call eBay?
I have a order number and item number and proof that my account has been charged for a purchase and yet my item has not arrived.

eBay does not provide an inbound phone number; they haven't for about six years now. Do not search the internet for a phone number to eBay customer service. Anything you will find will be out of date, to a pay-for-service third party, or an outright scam.

MentorJul 17, 2026 at 11:02 PMeBay does not provide one general phone number for all issues.
Since your item has not arrived, go to your Purchase History here:
https://www.ebay.com/myb/PurchaseHistory
Find the order and select I didn’t receive it. This opens an official request with the seller. If the seller does not resolve it, you can ask eBay to step in.
For additional help, use eBay Help & Contact to reach an agent, or message eBay through its official Instagram account:
https://www.instagram.com/ebay/
Do not post your order number, item number, or payment information publicly.

OPJul 18, 2026 at 4:14 AMThe thing is, I have an order number. I have the confirmation email of the order being placed and yet when I go to the purchases, it is not there, however, my bank account was debited 7/2 so I don’t know how to get a hold of eBay to report this and the seller has not answered any of my inquiries. What do I do now?

MentorJul 18, 2026 at 4:28 AMYou cannot use your Ebay account to view purchases made as a guest. Sign out of your Ebay account and do the following:
Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
Select View order details in the body of the email.
Select Contact seller.
Select I haven't received my item yet.
Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
If the seller does not respond or cooperate, you need to ask Ebay to step in.
To access your request details, you can either:
From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details
From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
