Does anyone have a real number to contact eBay for Help

Question

Does anyone know the number to contact eBay customer service for help. I have been trying to reach them to assist in a serious issue I have with a customer and they keep sending me a email saying they can't reach me because my spam filter must be blocking on etc. I have not changed anything on my phone and have always been able to recieve calls from eBay.

Now I notice there is no other way to reach customer service other than to have them call us.

Hi @iloveclothes47

No to the question in your title. live phone support via the Request a callback option is limited.

You have some options:

-Ask your question here if not on the account level, we have no access to accounts here. This forum is supported by volunteer Buyers and Sellers.

We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
