does anyone have a phone number to get in touch with a live customer service person at Ebay?
I am having huge problems communicating with a seller who sent me a locked phone when it was
represented as being unlocked

OP6 months agoI will be out of the country still and unable to return this phone by the return date the seller has specified.
The seller knows I am out of the country as when I first contacted them with the issues they promised me an unlock code and then simply ghosted me leaving me stranded.
I will not be able to return this phone on time and am also out and additional $150 to try to get an unlock code -- only to find out that they sold me a phone that was
permanently locked. I need to have the return date extended from Feb 20th - March 20th and I want them to refund me the additional $150.00 as well. Since this phone is absolutely useless to anyone else (I finally spoke directly to AT&T when I figured out they were the carrier who permanently hard locked this phone due to contract issues with the previous owner) they should just issue me the refund now so I can buy a new phone as sending this one back is a waste of time and money!

Really sorry about your situation but Sellers do not set the time periods for returns, eBay does that per their MBG: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
The protection period is 30 days from confirmed delivery to you.
eBay will not extend their own protection period for a one-off transaction so you may want to consider using a dispute with your funding source, PayPal or card company.

eBay will not likely be able to help you with this, but you can reach eBay via social media while you are out of the country.

Why do you want to talk to someone at eBay rather than just returning the phone as "not as described"?
