Does anyone have a phone number that human employees at eBay answer?
I'm trying to get help with a problem that is not covered in any of their videos, links, or AI chats. The AI refuses to let me speak to a person even in chat, much less on the phone. This is so frustrating it makes me wonder why I'm trying to sell on eBay.

Mentor3 weeks agoebay does not have a public phone number that can be used. You have to use the HELP & CONTACT link at the top of most screens, go through the options in order to use the online chat or get a call back.

OP3 weeks agoI have used the chat help multiple times choosing multiple different options in the tree. None answer my question and I have not seen an option to get a call back. Can you tell me which specific choices to make to get the option for a call back?
