Does anyone have a good contact for the Ebay Office of the President or and Ombudsman type role?
Dealing with the eBay "drones" is a waste of time when it comes to dealing with my concerns. Thanks.

OP1 year agoThanks all but not helpful.
I spent a the better part of 3 hours tonight being circled from agent to agent then specialist to specialist (btw, the font-line robots do a great job at deterring and frustrating, well trained lol!).
The many "live" agents couldnt even keep a combined ticket together and when I exasperatly asked for a "Service Request" # it was 'grudgingly' provided. When asked for "Office of the President" it took forever (turns out provided number (1-800-322-9266) is deadsville. Straight to busy signal. Not even a message with some sort of next step or we only pick up between 11-12 and 3-4, ha. Really Ebay? I have been member for 26 years spent hundreds of $$thouusands$$ that is why I asked for help here. Surely somebody must have a mgic hack!
