Does anyone have a Customer Service phone number? My inquiry is obviously being handled by AI
The Seller didn't note gender on shoes (size 10ww) and I purchased and paid for a pair - but promptly double checked with Seller on gender as I needed men's shoes. No response. I promptly cancelled the order within an hour or so of placing (est 11:34 a.m. (Central Time). Seller's shipping service picked up approx 5 hours later (Mountain Time). Seller had sufficient time to cancel pick up. Ebay Customer service is obviously AI and has me, the Buyer, mixed up with the Seller. Need phone number to address with a real person!

It won't help to contact eBay. eBay can't can't cancel orders nor can buyers. The seller determines whether or not to accept a cancellation request submitted by a buyer. You are making an assumption o whether or not the seller could cancel the order or even saw the request.
When you receive the shoes, if they are not men's you may be able to return them.
For the future, understand that when you place an order, it's a binding transaction. Be sure you want the item before you buy it. If you have questions, don't buy it until you get answers.
One more thing...look at the listing again to see if the category the item was listed in is men's or women's or if that information is shown in the item specifics.
