Does anybody know how to get a LIVE AGENT?
I just received my second bottle of fake perfume today. For the second time I tried to buy my Dime 7 summers perfume and was sent a bottle of stinky, skunk juice. I have realized that MY PURCHASE HISTORY HAS DISAPPEARED. Although , I have bought about 8 items from my account in the past 3 months, after I filed a complaint about the first stink bottle, ALL OF MY HISTORY DISAEAPPEARED, including the messages between myself and Ebay about the situation. Somehow I was able to stumble onto the winning collection of words to get the Ebay chatbot to have a live agent call me back. I assumed the agent would be able to see the information/history that I couldn't . NOPE, she was sweet and helpful, but she could not see the purchase either ( I was able to view it in my purchases for about 3 days, when I went back to check the tracking number, I realized my purchase history for the last 9 months was gone). I tried to engage with the chatbot to set another callback (she told me to call back with the order reference number from my bank), but now it just keeps sending me through an endless circle. This is a small piece of h3ll for a customer with a small budget. But, this seller doesn't know how far a buyer like me , with unlimited time, and a limited budget for small luxuries will go to get my money back. I might just dispute it with my bank, but these SCAMMERS still got my 21.95 and if they do it to just 100 other innocent customers, that's 2,000 dollars for fake perfume that cash that they get to keep, while your bank has to insure your money and way more in pistivity headaches.

It sounds like you may have more than one eBay account.
Make sure that you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make your most recent purchases.
Make sure you are viewing the correct date range in your Purchase History or see if the transactions appear here:
https://ebay.com/help
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link:

If you are unable to get a call back, that may be for several reasons; a location outside of North America, VOIP phone, and call blockers (personal or that of a service provider) are often issues.
