Does anybody else hate how eBay asks you to provide feedback on items you haven't received yet?
I'm certainly fed up with the constant e-mails asking me to provide feeback on a purchase when I haven't received the item yet. Or the fact that I might have a negative comment and I'm waiting to the 7 day "cooling off" period to end so I can make my negative feedback known. eBay...why don't you wait 14 days before you kick on the harassment machine? Secondly, make it easier to contact you. You are not the class of "on-line" buying, you need to make customer service easier to reach.

Yeah, they could extend it a little, that’s for sure.
It’s one of the things I ignore from eBay. . Much like the messages we get that say our account was logged in from a different location, and, offers for stuff I’ve looked at.
eBay is far too large, and has too many users all over the planet, to offer personalized phone service for us all. As an online venue, one should expect the site to handle the communication online as well. Like dealing with most big corporations, and even smaller businesses. You don’t phone the local Dominoes to order pizza, you call a call center that funnels your order to the location nearest you.
