Dodgy e-commerce store
I have purchased an item from e-commerce store (based in China). Item arrived completely broken. I can't request a refund or lodge a dispute as the item ID can't be found on ebay, my purchase is not im my history on my account, it looks like the store profile is using fake ebay communications. Pay Pal directs me to e-commerce store but I am not able to communicate with the store.
