Documented Promise to Send Seller $1300
eBay leadership reviewed our case as the seller. Leadership PROMISED a manual correction and full credit of $1300 could be expected. Buyer returned ultrasound probe bc they “didn’t like it.” We never received FedEx return package and never signed for it. FedEx reported as delivered AND signed for. eBay charged us full refund, all fees, and to/from shipping. Countless customer service calls made. Many hang ups after 1 hour holds. Infuriating. Anyone experiencing this? eBay now telling us we get nothing in spite of many recorded call ref #s. What’s going on here? This is beyond wrong
