Do you declare all your sales to IRS?
Not looking to bust anyone, I'm just wondering if most sellers declare sales they made on ebay if it's under $200k. I sell my old junk and maybe made $4k last year.

·2 years agoSales don't matter if you make a profit that is what is taxable.

Mentor2 years agoBy law you must declare all income, but that doesn't mean you owe any tax, and you usually don't when selling personal garage sale items. The IRS can at anytime can request records of your sales on ebay.
