Do not print their shipping labels

Ebay completely screwed me on their shipping labels. Overcharged me about $100. Do not print their labels. I did not know they did this until I reviewed my checking account. Their customer service is terrible too. No help!!!! Does anyone know a phone number? Thank you. Has this happened to anyone else?? I called their generic number and they say contact the carrier? What carrier? All done through Ebay.

ebay calculates the shipping cost from your zip code to the buyer's zip code based on the carrier selected, the service, the weight, and the dimensions of the package.

ebay does not have a public phone number that can be used. It's been this way since the pandemic.
