Question

I have had it with ebay! They keep billing me for something I never did. I never listed what they are saying i listed and the person who supposedly bought the item filed that he never recieved it? Well i didn't get no money for it because I never listed it so they are trying to charge me anyway. My account was hacked i told them that more then once more then n twice and one gentleman told me he would take care of it and never d id anything about it! This has been going on for years now

When your account was hacked over a year ago , did you contact Ebay Customer Service to report the fraudulent use of your Ebay account? If so, what was the outcome? If Ebay could not prove that you were hacked, you are still responsible for the selling fees. I am surprised they have not turned this over to a collection agency if you have not paid the fees or if you did not have a payment source on file to pay your Ebay fees.
